A Proposed Prototype Evaluation Instrument in Filipino 1 in State Universities in Tacloban City

This study focused on the development of a proposed prototype evaluation instrument in Filipino 1. Specifically, sought to answer following questions: What should be developed 1? intervention scheme may improve academic performance education students Leyte Normal University and Eastern Visa as State University? The used descriptive developmental research with fifty (50) First Year Education for first dry run at University, another set final was conducted Visayas University; Fifty establishing reliability form 1, combined coefficients 0.72 which interpreted having "high reliability."To determine whether Proposed Prototype Evaluation Instrument 1 is valid reliable, were considered: Validation evaluative determined by panel evaluators; administering run; item analysis, after runs; lastly, analyzing distracters where conditional not effective removed or changed.
